We are looking to recruit a qualified and experienced Counsellor/Therapist who is accredited or working towards it, to offer support, counselling and group work to children, young people and families as part of the Yo-Yo Project community childhood bereavement service.
You will be a member of a multi-professional team managing your own caseload of clients and must be self-motivated, enthusiastic and able to work with children and young people addressing complex issues of loss (pre-bereavement) and bereavement.
With an Advanced Diploma/Degree in Counselling (or other related therapy) and experience of working with young people who are bereaved and/or facing a loss, this could be your next exciting opportunity.
Alongside our current team you will be encouraged and supported to develop professionally and personally, and to contribute to the future of the service.
