We are looking for new Integrative Psychotherapists to join us at our Manchester, Nottingham and Burton upon Trent offices.

To the Clinical Director of Clarity Counselling
Provide exceptional integrative counselling and psychotherapy services to clients of Clarity Counselling
Responsible for the entire client journey, from initial consultation to completion. Key accountabilities include:
Adhere to Clarity’s policies, systems and procedures
Follow the Clarity process for receiving new clients
Deliver consultations and convert enquiries into clients
Complete all necessary clinical paperwork
Manage a caseload of clients, including scheduling and payments
Deliver medium to long-term therapy
Meet targets for client retention
Complete all required training
Self-employed with the option to be employed after a probationary period. Option to be part-time or have a full-time caseload of 24 clients per week.
PGDip or Masters in Counselling or Psychotherapy – essential
Evidence of competence in third wave CBT interventions – desirable
Minimum of 2 years clinical experience post-graduation – desirable
Experience of working in private practice – desirable
Integrative approach and ability to deliver short and long-term therapy – essential
Excellent relationship building skills – essential
Able to meet targets and deliver results – essential
Organised, responsive, and with good attention to detail
Uses own initiative to solve problems
Driven and determined to succeed
Independent, adaptable and able to follow instruction
Open minded and willing to learn
