Associate Outdoor Therapist/Counsellor Required: England/Wales/Scotland

Salary: Hourly rate to be decided by you
Hours: To be agreed with clients
Interview: Face-to-face or via Zoom
Role Profile:
- For 1-2-1 clients – To provide 1-2-1 nature-based or online counselling sessions to clients
- For groups – To plan the therapy sessions ahead, facilitate and manage the group, ensure the group achieve the expected outcome
- Provide summary report on a need-to-know basis for 1-2-1 or group clients
- Conduct risk assessment when needed
- Represent Wilderness Foundation UK to attend meetings for clients when needed
The successful candidate will:
- Love nature and believe in the same ethos as the Charity’s
- Be passionate about supporting vulnerable children, young people and adults
- A qualified therapist/counsellor with continuing professional development
- Experienced in group counselling is preferred but not a must as training will be provided
An enhanced DBS (or PVG for Scotland) and a valid professional indemnity insurance are essential for this role.
