Join us as Clinical Services Manager
Due to the growth in our services, we are recruiting for a Clinical Services Manager to join our Senior Leadership Team. The role has specific clinical responsibility for our team that deliver counselling services to children, young people and families.
Gloucestershire Counselling Service (GCS) is a major provider of counselling and counselling training within the county. We have a number of services within our portfolio which cover work with adults, children, families and couples. We engage with clients directly and through the contracts that we hold with a range of organisations such as GP practices and schools. Our ethos as a charity combines our commitment to serving the community of Gloucestershire with our belief in the principles of psychodynamic work.
The role will be contracted from 21-28 hours per week with a FTE salary of £30,103 pro rata to the hours agreed. We are open to conversations regarding working hours and flexibility.
The successful applicant will be an experienced therapist with a good understanding of the psychodynamic approach and clinical management experience. As this role includes clinical management of our teams that deliver counselling services to children, young people and families you must have appropriate qualifications and relevant experience in this specific field.
