37.5 hours per week but flexibility required to achieve best outcomes for clients and part-time role may be considered.
We are Harbour Housing, a regional charity providing accommodation and support to those experiencing homelessness and other disadvantages across Cornwall.
We provide services and manage projects across west, mid and east Cornwall and our goal is to empower our beneficiaries to regain their independence and work towards maintaining their own accommodation through bespoke and person-centred support.
This is a great opportunity to work for a charity that has a commitment to work in a person-centred, trauma-informed way with people who have experienced or are at risk of homelessness.
The Mental Health and Wellbeing Navigator is a new role at Harbour Housing and is aimed at fostering positive relationships with external services that can offer mental health and wellbeing intervention for our clients and supporting clients to engage with these services.
The post holder will also help to develop our internal offer of wellbeing activities and work alongside other staff and wellbeing practitioners to achieve a service that is inclusive for people with mental health and wellbeing needs.
The post holder will be responsible to their Team Lead and the Operations Director.
