Newly Qualified Counsellor Required: Stockport/Hybrid

 

£24,700 per year pro rata
Permanent, Part-time, 16.5 hours per week

We are looking to recruit Newly Qualified Counsellors, who have trained to work with Adults or Children and Young People to join our growing teams.

Exciting Developmental Roles at Beacon Counselling 

As with all mental health services we have found ourselves challenged with meeting the surge in demand and recruiting the right people for Beacon.
In addressing this we found ourselves in the fortunate position of having a highly skilled and experienced workforce.
Having an existing workforces that is exceptional and has provided support to hundreds of children, young people and adults during the most challenging of times has allowed us to expand our workforce and provide these new and exciting career opportunities for individuals who are newly qualified counsellors.

Our aims for creating Newly Qualified Roles

Personal Development
Development for you as newly qualified counsellor to gain paid employment and experience within a successful mental  health charity.
Workforce Development
We view these roles as an opportunity to develop our existing workforce in providing mentoring opportunities and also for newly qualified counsellors to grow with the organisation.
Service Development
By increasing our capacity we are able to continue the development of our fantastic services and provide more people in Greater Manchester with mental health support.
