Part time position (0.5753 FTE), fixed term for 9 months to cover maternity leave 4 January 2021 – 28 September 2021.
The post holder will work 21 hours per week over 3 days and will be required to work until 8pm on either Tuesday or Thursday during term time.

We are seeking a qualified and experienced professional – Counselling Psychologists, Clinical Psychologists, applied or a highly experienced Counsellor- with an interest in working with students within our highly respected University. The newly enhanced service is looking to employ professionals who will offer impactful clinical interventions to effect change with students managing a range of mild, moderate and complex psychological issues. The work will mainly be focussed, one-to-one therapeutic engagement with scope to develop evidence-based training and interventions with groups. There will be opportunities to offer clinical supervision and consultation to colleagues.
You will have (or be eligible for) chartered status with BPS and HCPC registration or be an experienced, fully accredited counsellor with BACP (or equivalent), educated to Masters level and be competent to work in more than one distinct psychotherapeutic model. You will be an excellent team player with a pragmatic, positive approach.
