Saint Mary’s Sexual Assault Referral Centre (SARC) has been delivering services to people who have experienced sexual violence since 1986. The centre is the busiest SARC in the UK and provides forensic medical and therapeutic medical assessment, and aftercare  support and therapy services to children and their families, and men and women of all ages.

This is a rare opportunity to work as a counsellor within a dynamic multidiscipinary team.

We are looking for a specialist counsellor to deliver trauma focused therapy to adults who have experienced sexual violence. Highly motivated and resourceful you will have experience of working with clients who have experienced sexual violence and a sound knowledge of offering therapy to clients who are experiencing post traumatic stress, anxiety and depression, gained ideally in a multidisciplinary or healthcare environment.
