Trainee CBT Therapist Required: Lincolnshire

Lincolnshire Partnership Foundation NHS Trust is an Improving Access to Psychological Therapies site (IAPT) and a vacancy has arisen for a number of Trainee CBT therapists within the Service.
The successful applicant will work in the Steps2change Service whilst also attending Lincoln University for 2 days per week to study for a Postgraduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
The Service provides an evidence based stepped care model for the treatment of people with mild to moderate common mental health problems (e.g. anxiety and depression)
The successful Trainee CBT therapists will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide support for people in the self-management of their common mental health problems through NICE recommended treatment protocols whilst studying to attain the CBT qualification.
Regular management and clinical supervision will be provided by qualified supervisors. The service has a strong commitment towards Continuing Professional Development (CPD), staff wellbeing and providing quality services. Successful candidates will be asked to sign a contract binding them to work for the Trust for 2 years post-qualification.
There will be a 2 stage interview process with shortlisted candidates attending a Steps2change service interview and then a further interview with Lincoln University.
