Trust House Lincolnshire is a Rape and Sexual Abuse Support Centre providing counselling for those affected by rape or sexual abuse.

The service currently delivers counselling for children, young people and adults both male and female.

As well as delivering service from our centre in Grantham, we also provide counselling for students at the University of Lincoln on their campus.

We are looking for a qualified counsellor with experience of working within the trauma sector.

The Lead Counsellor will work alongside the Clinical Lead to ensure a professional service to all clients from the moment they enter the service to the end of their personal journey with us.

The post holder will be responsible for conducting Initial assessments for new clients, allocating clients to volunteer counsellors, providing support to counsellors and to manage the day-to-day relationship with the University of Lincoln.

This role is for 14 hours per week. Salary is pro rata.

You will be required to undergo enhanced DBS clearance to work at Trust House and references will be sought.
