Traditionally, when we think of counselling or therapy we think of physically meeting a counsellor or therapist. The encounter is face to face in a quiet private space, and we share our innermost thoughts and feelings.

Meeting online is a very different experience. However, research studies suggest that online therapy and online counselling seems to be just as helpful for clients who suffer from anxiety or depression.
