Where To Talk for Teenagers: Counselling Online

Where To Talk for Teenagers: Counselling Online

There may come a time in your life when you need to talk to a counsellor.

Friends and family can be a wonderful source of comfort.

However, certain problems and difficulties require a professional who can provide you with the constructive insights and a trained understanding.

Now there are websites where you can talk about the things that are upsetting you.

Things that might be making you feel angry

Experiences that are creating a sense of anxiety

Things that are creating a low mood, or depression.

Below are the three main UK online websites for teenagers that are safe and confidential places.

 The Mix

The Mix is here for young people. They’re here to help you take on any challenge you’re facing – from mental health, homelessness to finding a job, from break-ups to drugs. You can talk to them via online, social or their free confidential helpline.
