Primary Care Mental Health Counsellor Required: West Midlands
Salary:£30,401-£37,267 per annum

We are looking for a dynamic primary care mental health counsellor to join our Primary Care Mental Health Service.
We are looking for an experienced Counsellor trained in psychodynamic, person centred or an integrative counselling modality to compliment our team.
We are working closely with Dudley CCG, transforming care for patients.
This is an exciting time, developing integrated services across health and social care to significantly increasing access to treatment for people with common mental health conditions within a community setting.
You will play a major role in the further development of the service and be involved in delivery of integrated services across health and social care with the ultimate aim of delivering the right care, at the right time, in the right place.
You will work collaboratively with all stakeholders, service leads, and statutory/non-statutory agencies and youth organisations delivering Primary Care Services that proactively meets the local needs of adults within the Dudley locality.
You will have experience of delivering counselling and demonstrate great interpersonal and customer care skills.
The team provides a range of counselling and therapeutic interventions to persons with mild to moderate depression.
The interventions may include a number of brief therapies using different approaches, such as, Person Centred, Cognitive Behavioural approaches, and Psychodynamic approaches.
Additionally you will have experience and enthusiasm for establishing and delivering therapeutic groups within service You will also have experience of working within a multi-disciplinary team, and have a professional approach.
