Therapy Rooms To Rent
Imagine finding the best counselling room for you!
In my area libraries rent rooms out and all libraries are accessible.
You might want to ask in places like that – it’s surprising what is out there when you ask!
You could ask commercial property agencies – serviced offices aren’t that personal – but would probably be more accessible.
You could try a neighbourhood group like Nextdoor.co.uk
You can get lots of offers after a post on there.
There are also dedicated therapy room search listings online if you google “therapy rooms to rent”.
Lastly, ask other counsellors and therapists on Facebook groups.
Things to consider and check:
- How many people they are shared with
- Lone working policies
- Photos for website
- Address on website
If somebody trips coming into your practise building, will they pay as insurance will probably only cover your room.
Hours of access
How public is the entrance for clients as some clients don’t like people to know they are going for therapy
A copy of their contract, how far in advance you can book.
You may need to prove membership of BACP for example, depending what type of organisation it is.
Good luck in finding your ideal therapy room!
