Trainee High Intensity Therapist: Northumberland
37.5 hours per week
£30,401 – £37,267 per annum, pro rata
Based: Northumberland (Blyth, Alnwick, Hexham or Morpeth)
We are seeking individuals who have relevant clinical experience and training.
For example; you may be working as a Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Social Worker, Counsellor, experienced Graduate Primary Care Mental Health Worker or be a qualified Psychologist.
You must be able to demonstrate the ability to work within a high volume, performance managed service, manage your own caseload and time and be an effective communicator both in written and verbal communication.
We are seeking individuals who are searching for the opportunity to work creatively and expand their knowledge and skills. Candidates must have a health related degree.
Successful applicants will undertake a Post Graduate Diploma in CBT at Teesside University, consisting of three CBT modules and an Evidence Based Practice Module to completion before being awarded the Post Graduate Diploma in CBT.
On completion of the programme you will be eligible to apply for accreditation with the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP).
This is a training contract and therefore subject to you successfully completing the course.
